About John:
Dr. Morgan is the founder of People Prosper International, a nonprofit that works in the global poverty space to solve poverty through economic empowerment. He is also a Member and Director of Strategy and Org. Design for Sypnios Growth Capital, a firm that scales companies through world-class consulting and capital investment. John has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, and his research focus was in the areas of Human Capability, Leadership Levels, and Organizational Design.
John and his wife live in the DFW area and they have five children and four grandchildren. John’s hobbies are building things, saltwater fishing, and a good bourbon and cigar with friends.
